Being A TSer *Who we are and where we are going*
|

The Tri-States Coalition is a nationwide network of groups and individuals who share the same
beliefs of the Tri-States philosophy. We believe that each person should be judged on the basis
of his/her own merits and not on skin color, religious affiliation, economic status or social
standing, ethnic origin, or other prejudicial characteristics.
The ideal Tri-Stater (a.k.a. TSer) is hard-working, honest, trustworthy, politically aware and
prepared for whatever life may bring. He/she strives to reach optimum physical and psychological
fitness. Tser's are constantly on the lookout for the best information, ideas and resources
available to attain/maintain the ability and knowledge of all preparedness levels.
We strive to provide reliable sources for Tsers to read, research, and investigate. We seek to
provide mutual support and to contribute service to our communities whenever and wherever
possible. The acquisition of skills, knowledge, and information enables us to give back to our
communities in the best possible ways, as volunteer firemen, first-responders, neighborhood
watch participants and helping hands during a crisis.
On a local team level, you'll be expected to adhere to TSC principles, to contribute your best
efforts in making your team a viable unit, to assist your fellow team members in whatever way
possible to ensure the success of your unit. There's no room for slackers within TSC - everyone
is expected to contribute in one way or another.
Any TSer can contribute to the forum area. We encourage people to write articles, post links and
contribute how they see fit. We are an organization of the people and want the input of all the like
minded. In terms of the organization, all members are expected to be as knowledgeable about TS
principles as possible. Maintaining political awareness is something we all need to do, and to
participate in *making changes in the system* is encouraged. However, first and foremost - the
Tri-States Coalition, the Tri-States philosophy, demands that we all exercise Common Sense.
Use your best judgment, consider the ramifications and implications of your words and actions as
they apply to you the individual and you the TSC associate. Work with us to build this
organization to its full potential - on all levels of expansion.
Those of us who are dedicated to making TSC the best it can be, already know that it takes time,
energy, motivation, effort, and support of each other to make it happen. In reality, you get to
meet some of the best survivalist-oriented people in the nation, learn what other people think,
say and do in regard to preparing for any eventuality, and get a chance to share your skills,
ideas, information, viewpoint, and experiences with people who not only understand but
appreciate your input. You can expect to be called on to contribute to the organization in any
number of ways, from researching internet links to writing articles for the forum to handling
contacts with incoming Tsers. In the event of a crisis, you may be called on to provide mutual
support to other TSers in your area.
