*Advisory Board Responsibilities*
Tri States Coalition
      The TSC board is made up of several members appointed to their positions by the Founder
of the Tri-States Philosophy, William Johnstone, with the exception of a few replacement advisors
approved by WWJ and all board members. First and foremost, among their advisor duties,
advisors like everyone else are part of TSC teams with responsibilities and duties within the team
they are assigned to. The advisors, in their appropriate capacity, assist RA's, TL's and members
when needed without prejudice to a situation or controlling all matters in TSC. The members are
TSC and we are all members. The advisors provide minimal guidance when asked, but are not
the "cure all" for TSC on regional or team levels. We try to adhere to what the members want and
request, within reason, for the good of and in the best interest of TSC. Another responsibility of
the advisors are to vote on new applicants for membership in TSC and when approved, make
sure they are placed with the closest team and their new team leader is notified according to
their respective area.
